2024 Alchemy Montepulciano Rose Hawke’s Bay
The Alchemy 2024 Rose was created from selectively hand-picked Montepulciano fruit, from a single vineyard site in the Havelock North Hills sub-region. Whole bunch pressed to stainless steel tank for cool fermentation and aged on light lees for 6 months prior to finishing and bottling.
Tasting Note
Wonderfully aromatic, with fragrant floral notes, saline qualities with white fleshed stone fruits filling the nose. The palate is super juicy and delicious, with flavours that just keep on giving. Enjoyed chilled on a hot summer’s day.
